Award Category Nomination Terms and Conditions

  • Rs.499 will be charged for each nomination

  • Nominee should have minimum of 2000 votes to get to the top 50 list.

  • First Prize Rs.25,000

  • Second Prize Rs.15,000

  • Third Prize Rs.10,000

  • Votes are based on ip address, date and time.

  • Nominees must meet the specified criteria for each award category.

  • The awards are open to individuals and organizations within the specified category [Youtuber,Social Media Influencer]

  • Any false information provided may lead to disqualification.

  • Nominations must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

  • Nominees cannot be nominated for more than one category.

  • Multiple nominations for same category will not be accepted.

  • Nomination can be submitted through the official website only Q2Cinemas.com

  • Nominators must provide accurate and complete information

  • Nominations will be judged based on specific judging criteria.

  • The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.

  • Shortlisted nominees will be notified by email and phone.

  • Winners will be announced at the event.

  • Q2Cinemas reserves the right to publicize and promote the nominees and winners.

  • Nominees may be required to participate in promotional activities.

  • Winners are encouraged to attend the award presentation ceremony but in any unavoidable situation if winner are unable to attend the ceremony, arrangements will be made for the awards to be received.

  • By Submitting a nomination, nominees grant Q2cinemas the right to use their name,likeness and information for promotional purposes.

  • Q2Cinemas reserves the right to disqualify any nominee who violates the terms and conditions.

  • Q2Cinemas reserves the right to modify,suspend or terminate the award category nomination process at its descretion.

  • All nominations must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Nominees must provide accurate contact information for communication purposes.

  • By submitting a nomination, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
